All products are made to order specifically for you. Because each item is produced after purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, color preference, change of mind, or personal preference.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is a printing or fulfillment error, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery if:

• Your item arrives damaged.
• The print quality is defective.
• You received the wrong item.
• There is a manufacturing or fulfillment error.

Please include:

• Your order number.
• Photos clearly showing the issue.
• A brief description of the problem.

After reviewing your request, we may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

In most cases, defective or incorrect items do not need to be returned.

Returns and Exchanges

Because our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer.
• Incorrect color selected by the customer.
• Change of mind.
• Personal preference.
• Normal differences between colors displayed on a screen and the actual product.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders enter production shortly after purchase.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once production has started.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

After a refund is issued, processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
