Order Processing
All Deadpan products are made to order. This means your item is produced specifically for you after your purchase is completed.
Orders typically enter production shortly after payment confirmation.
Production times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and fulfillment location.
Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times include both production and shipping.
United States:
Orders usually arrive within 5–10 business days after order placement.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances including:
• Production delays.
• Carrier delays.
• Severe weather.
• Holidays.
• High order volume.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking information to begin updating.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible.
Because orders enter production shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or shipment has started.
We cannot guarantee a replacement or refund when an order is delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Carrier delays can occasionally occur after an order has shipped.
If tracking shows unusual delays, your package appears to be lost in transit, or there is another delivery issue, please contact us.
We will review the tracking information and, when appropriate, work with the carrier or fulfillment provider to investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution.
Fulfillment Partners
Deadpan works with third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partners to produce and ship orders.
Orders may be fulfilled from different locations depending on product availability and the customer's delivery address.
